I recently purchased a condo with help from Amy. She was extremely responsive, and always got back to me immediately with updates, answers to questions, and sent me so many options of homes to see. With each offer we put in, she went over in great detail exactly what we were sending in, explained the entire process, and what would happen before, during, and after an offer was put in. We sold our home “by owner.” Jenn with Lori Bonarek Realty represented the buyer and she was a treasure to work with!! Lori and her team do excellent work. They helped sell our property during the winter months when I thought it would not sell until the warmer weather came around. House was listed in November and sale was completed by the end of February.
