Cindy Klein
Born and raised in the Coal City/Grundy County area, Cindy has witnessed the tremendous growth and change brought about by the locale’s desirability. With a combined 8 ½ years experience in the area, she is excited to share her knowledge of the greater south/southwest suburbs and exurbs. As your Realtor, Cindy will be an advocate for you. Whether buying, selling, or renting, your best interests will be promoted. After all, buying and selling Real Estate can be stressful. By offering open lines of communication and maximum accessibility, Cindy will do her best to keep stress to a minimum. If you are selling, she will work hard to get you the fairest price in the least amount of time using all available marketing tools and team collaboration. If you are buying, you will be provided with the best information and market data to inform and assist you in your search. Cindy’s experience affirms that a well-informed buyer/seller is an empowered buyer/seller. Cindy strives for honesty, integrity, determination and dedication in all aspects of her life. Applying these principles to your real estate needs is very important to her. Cindy attended Coal City High School and Joliet Jr. College where she received an Associate Degree in Business and Accounting. After years of being a full-time Mom, part-time Realtor, Teacher’s Aide, Business Administrator, Volunteer Coordinator, and Caregiver, she decided 2 ½ years ago to return to her passion as a Realtor. As her own children were taking the steps to buy their first homes, the importance of working with a professional became the drive to get back into the business. She is passionate about helping folks going through such an important, and possibly overwhelming, event in their life. Cindy now loves to share her “love stories”, which is her name for bringing buyers and/or sellers from start to finish in an informed, fun, and hopefully stress-free transaction. When not doing her Real Estate gig, you will find Cindy spending as much time as possible with her grandkids.
